  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
    
Great care is taken when packaging fragile items for delivery, but if you discover any damage in transit, please contact me immediately pebbles@deltaopt.co.uk Please ensure parcels are checked within 24 hours of delivery. The right is reserved to refuse a refund /replacement item after this period.
  2. Unsuitable Goods

    I hope you will love your item when it arrives, but if you are not happy with the goods you may return them, providing you notify me within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Please note that the portion of the online price allocated for delivery will not be refunded. All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging or your right to a full refund may be affected. The full cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. You are strongly advised to obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning any part of your order.
  5. Please allow 14 days for the receipt of any refund.
